Since 2006, when we started TheBigOptOut, over half a million people have opted out of having a Summary Care Record, but we have now ‘retired’ the code that automatically generated a letter for you to opt out of SCR.
If you still wish to use TBOO’s letter, here are some versions in different file formats for you to download and manually add your details and your GP’s details before sending:
